Electronic Banking Registration
 

Corporate Electronic Banking

Registration
Corporate customers who hold current account, term deposit account or loan account and are interested in utilizing Electronic Banking services for their daily financial activities can register for ICBC Electronic Banking services. After received the Corporate Electronic Banking Application forms, customers should carefully read the ICBC Account Access Method Terms and Conditions, and return the signed form and other required identification documentations to Relationship Managers.

First time login
Please make sure you have received the Welcome letter and security device, notify your  Relationship Manager that the materials have been received and wait for your account(s) to be activated. After account activation, you should complete the following steps:

-- Click on Corporate Banking button from left navigation menu at www.icbc.com.au.
-- For USB Shield holder, please download and install the Banking Assistant software for Internet Banking services. Choose the appropriate version for your computer or laptop (32 or 64 bit system).
-- Follow screen prompts to log in.
-- The Corporation Identification Number can be found within your Welcome letter.
-- Following screen prompts to change password.The new password must meet complexity requirements; minimum 6 digits including letters and numbers.  

 

Private Internet Banking

Registration
Customers who hold current account, term deposit account or loan account can register for ICBC Internet Banking services. After received the Private Electronic Banking Application forms, customers should carefully read the ICBC Account Access Method Terms and Conditions, and return the signed form and other required identification documentations to Relationship Managers.

 

First time login
Before log into your Internet Banking account, please make sure you have received the Welcome letter and security device, and complete the following steps:

-- Click on Private Banking button from left navigation menu at www.icbc.com.au.
-- Enter your Account Number, Password, and the Verification Code displayed on screen and Login. Click on Yes or Ok to allow all ICBC’s trusted sites accessing or popup windows opening.
-- Following screen prompts to change password. The new password must meet complexity requirements, minimum 6 digits including letter and numbers.
