From today ICBC Sydney Branch customer (Corporate & Private Banking) who transfer donations and support funds for epidemic prevention to the accounts of charitable organizations such as the Chinese Red Cross or special accounts in China through ICBC Sydney, Perth, Melbourne, Brisbane branches, the remittance fees will be waived.

Fee will be waived immediately when remittances submitted via the counter / e-mail channel; the fee will be rebate to the customer account at the end of the month when remittances submitted via eBanking.

Customer requires indicating the words "Donation" on the remarks column.

Relationship Manager shall assist customer in advance to register this charity payment, which could be convenient for following up and fee rebate. Please contact your relationship manager or Sydney Branch if you have further enquirers.
